I have not recieved it yet

I have not recieved it yet. I went to the email that said I could track the order, When I clicked on the tracking link a QR code was shown. I had to take my phone and use it to get the QR code off my desktop monitor. The QR code led me to a link where I had to download and app. The app wanted my Apple Id and password. At that point I pulled the plug on using 2 devices and downloading apps etc just to track an order that should have been delivered by then. I emailed your staff and they said they would track it for me and get back to me after the labor day holiday break. I have not heard from them. It is wednesday night. So basically I am not please with the fact that I have not recieved my order, your tracking is ridiculous and I will not do it. So there you have it. I have given you money and recieved nothing in return. Not even good help.
